Your Privacy Matters

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The Henry Law Firm collects, how we use it, the third parties we share it with, and the choices you have. Last updated June 5, 2026.

The Henry Law Firm (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through erichenrylaw.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide directly to us — for example, when you complete a contact or intake form, request a free consultation, use our settlement calculator, call or text our offices, email us, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include:

  • Your name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • The contents of the message or case details you choose to share; and
  • Any other information you elect to provide.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

2. How We Collect Your Information

We only collect first-party data that you provide directly to us — through Site sign-ups and intake forms, in-office or telephone communications, and other direct interactions with the Firm. We do not purchase customer lists or build audiences from data obtained from third parties. We do not knowingly collect or use sensitive categories of information (such as inferences about your health, legal hardship, or other sensitive attributes) to build advertising audiences.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the legal services you request;
  • To evaluate potential representation and communicate with you about your matter;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • To send you information you have requested or that may be relevant to your matter;
  • To measure and improve our marketing and advertising; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

4. How We Share Your Information With Third Parties

We share your personal information with third-party service providers, including Google, that perform services on the Firm’s behalf. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect it. The categories of providers we use include:

  • Advertising and analytics providers (including Google). We use Google services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google’s Customer Match to measure performance and deliver relevant advertising. To do this, we may share customer data — such as a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address or phone number — with Google so that Google can perform matching and advertising services on our behalf.
  • Customer relationship and lead-management platforms. Information you submit through our forms may be transmitted to our CRM and automation providers (for example, GoHighLevel and Zapier) so we can manage and follow up on your inquiry.
  • Hosting, infrastructure, and communications providers that help us operate the Site and contact you.

We share this information to perform services on our behalf and only with your appropriate consent, as described in Section 6. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Firm, our clients, or others.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including those provided by Google, to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, analyze Site traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Your Consent

By submitting your information through the Site and by using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including the sharing of customer data with third-party service providers such as Google to perform advertising and analytics services on our behalf. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain any additional consent necessary before collecting or sharing your information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing. To exercise these rights, contact us at lawyer@erichenrylaw.com.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide legal services, and to comply with our legal and professional obligations. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
